Vincent Albanese is a broker with Eastern Commercial Properties, a division of Eastern Retail Properties, Inc. Mr. Albanese has been a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker for over twenty-five years, specializing in commercial real estate services. For the past eleven years, Mr. Albanese was the Managing Member of Paramount Partners, LLC, a commercial real estate firm serving Landlords and Tenants throughout New England.
Mr. Albanese is spearheading the new Eastern Commercial Properties platform to continue to serve his existing client-base throughout New England. The company is located at 25 Braintree Hill Office Park, Suite 305, Braintree, MA 02184.
Mr. Albanese's primary area of specialization is owner representation for the sale and lease of office, warehouse, and retail properties in Boston’s Metro-South region and throughout New England. He is recognized as one of this region's experts which has earned him many assignments and accounts with local, regional and national companies.
Prior to joining Eastern Commercial Properties, Mr. Albanese was principal at Paramount Partners LLC in Braintree, MA, owner of Fidelity Partners of Hanover, Massachusetts, and a Broker/Associate with the Dartmouth Company in Boston, MA. Mr. Albanese is the past Chairman of the Hanover/Norwell Business Council, an active member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
